Throughout his career he has worked in hospitality, commercial cleaning, restoration, and international corporate environments before founding Graceful Cleaning Co.
One of Roberto's greatest strengths comes from his experience as a contractor working on projects for Novosan and BELFOR, two of Switzerland's leading restoration companies. During this time he gained extensive experience in:

Natalie serves as the Administrative Director of Graceful Cleaning Co., ensuring that every client enjoys a smooth and professional experience from the first phone call to the final inspection.
She combines a unique background in healthcare, psychology, business administration, and customer care. She holds qualifications in Business Administration and Counseling Psychology and has extensive experience in administration, project coordination, human resources, and healthcare.
Natalie is also trained as a Healthcare Assistant (SRK-equivalent certification) with practical experience providing compassionate home care, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams — the foundation of our HWL services for SPITEX patients.
